We are a global company with local warehouses based in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Australia & New Zealand, this is to guarantee fast local deliveries.

You can pay via bank transfer, please use your order number as the reference number and your order will be dispatched upon receipt of funds.

For all UK orders, we currently use a company called Lemonpath who are located in Leicester, UK. They pick our orders up until 5pm Monday to Friday. The carrier used to deliver the order will be determined by the service selected.

Your order should usually take between 1 and 2 working days to reach you once payment is received and the order is processed. International shipping will take a little longer, and orders outside the EU may take an extra couple of days to clear customs. Sometimes international parcels are held up due to circumstances beyond our control. If you require your international order by a certain date please get in touch before placing your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you are able to import the products into your country and for any duty or taxes that need to be paid.

Logged in:
You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section under the 'Previous Orders' tab.

Tracking email:
After completing your order payment you will have received an email with your order tracking details.

If you did not received this email please check your spam folder.


If the above options are not working for you, then please email our us through the ‘Contact Us’ page with your name and order number.

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you find there is no option to ship to your country then please send us an email via the 'Contact Us' page and we will work out a shipping quote for you. Please ensure that the product you're ordering can be imported into your country and will not be seized at the border.

Please make your payment directly into our UK bank account.

Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

Please note your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.

If payment isn’t received within 7 days, this order will automatically cancel.

If there is something we do not carry on the site but is one of the brands we stock, you can send us a request and we will contact our suppliers to see if we are able to get hold of it for you. If it is requested a lot then we will look to stock it as a standard item. Please note that special orders may incur an extra delivery charge that may be passed on from our supplier.

A reseller may contact GBC Trading if not 100% satisfied with a purchase to request a return. GBC Trading does not accept returns or provide refunds on food or heat sensitive items, including Probiotics, Ratfish Oil or EVCLO Liquid. GBC Trading will not accept returns or issue credits for items returned to Reseller by the Reseller’s customers. 

Other Products may be returned up to 30 days from the date GBC Trading received Reseller’s Purchase Order. Such returns are subject to a restock fee per unit and will only be accepted if the Products are new and unused, in their original unopened packaging.
